Do you offer Day Passes or Guest Passes?We offer day passes for $10 per individual. You may purchase online or at the Front Desk. We DO NOT allow members to bring in guests without paying for their day. If a member brings a guest after hours, they will be subject to a charge called After Hours Day Pass. It is at the management's discretion on the amount to be charged to the members account.

Is there an annual fee or a commitment plan?GetFit 24 has no annual fee. Commitment plan is 12 months on all memberships unless purchased without a contract.

When does my membership get charged?All Memberships are charged on the day you signed up each month. This can be changed if requested in a written notice. Exception: Personal Training is charged on the day you first purchase your training contract.

I signed up online. How can I finish my account?Once you have purchased a membership plan online, please visit us at our facility at the front desk. You will need to provide us with your Banking Account and Routing information to complete your account. Once your account has been finalized you will recieve your key fob at the front desk.

How can I cancel my membership?All memberships must be cancelled at the front desk with a 30 days written notice. Upon arrival to the front desk, the staff will have you sign your release paperwork for your membership termination. If your membership contract has not been completed, you will be charged 3 months pro-rated amount of your membership. How can I pay for someone else?You may pay for another individuals services by attaching them to your account. By doing this, you will need to visit us at the front desk and finalize this with the front desk associate. What are the hours?GetFit 24 offers a 24/7 key fob entry system upon member sign up. You may get into the facility to exercise during or after our staffed hours. Staffed Hours: Monday - Thursday: 10 am - 8pm Friday - Saturday: 10 am - 3pm Sunday: No Staff. 24/7 Access Only.

What discounts do you offer?Currently we only offer the discounts to our memberships that we have avaliable such as student, service member, family, or paid-in-full memberships. What type of disinfectant/wipes do you use?Our employees will be conductiing increased, thorough cleanings throughout all areas of the club using disinfectant on the EPA list effective against COVID-19.

Do you have hand sanitizer available for member use?Yes, we do! You will find increased sanitization wipe stands throughout the gym, fully stocked with disinfectant sprays next to the wipe buckets.
