Do you offer Personal Training?
We offer Certified Personal Training for any members of GetFit 24. With our trainers you are able to work on: Agility, strength, power, endurance, athletic abilities, and overall health. With top of the line personal trainers we are dedicated to serving you and reaching your goals.
Do you offer Childcare?
We have decided to shut down child care due to Covid-19. March 23rd, 2020.
What is the Membership Pricing?
This varies on multiple factors. For every membership to sign up we have a $40 enrollment fee. (Family plan is $50)
Is there an annual fee or a commitment plan?
GetFit 24 has no annual fee.

When does my membership get charged?
All Memberships are charged on the 1st or the 15th of each month.
I was charged twice for my monthly bill. Who can I contact to fix the issue?
If you were charged twice or believe you've been charged extra, our front desk assistant may resolve this for you. Please call the phone number listed below.
How can I cancel my membership?
All memberships must be cancelled at the front desk with a 30 days written notice.
What type of disinfectant/wipes do you use?
Our employees will be conductiing increased, thorough cleanings throughout all areas of the club using disinfectant on the EPA list effective against COVID-19.
Do you have hand sanitizer available for member use?
Yes, we do! You will find increased sanitization wipe stands throughout the gym, fully stocked with disinfectant sprays next to the wipe buckets.

Do you offer Day Passes or Guest Passes?
I signed up online. How can I finish my account?
Once you have purchased a membership plan online, please visit us at our facility at the front desk.
How can I pay for someone else?
You may pay for another individuals services by attaching them to your account.
My Card has expired. What should I do?
If your card has expired please contact us or visit the front desk to update your new information.
I lost my card. What should I do?
My Banking Information has changed recently. What should I do?
Do you have showers?
Yes! We do have showers in each of the men's and women's locker rooms.
Do you have locker rooms?
Yes! We do have men's and women's locker rooms. We offer sinks, toilets, and showers.
What are the hours?
GetFit 24 offers a 24/7 key fob entry system upon member sign up. You may get into the facility to exercise during or after our staffed hours.
I haven't paid my membership dues. What can I do to re-open my account?
Your account will be put into Collections.
What discounts do you offer?
Currently we only offer the discounts to our memberships that we have avaliable such as student, service member, family, or paid-in-full memberships.
